Where did the PST Pro Tour come from? The Pro Swooping Tour was created by Jim Slaton. Jim organized his first swoop competition in the late 1990's. He then formed the PST with partner Lyle Presse in 2003 and delivered the new competition format & rules to the IPC (International Parachute Committee). Jim created the World Swooping Association in late 2004 for further development of the Pro Swooping at the international level.
